Per-Use Remote IT Support
One-time remote support session for your computing issues.
Some of your computing issues may be resolvable through a quick and convenient remote support session. If your computing issues allow for remote access by our IT administrator, you save time and effort by simply allowing access and letting the administrator handle the issue. As soon as the issue is resolved, the administrator signs out of your system and your users are back at full-function.
Your ZERODATASTRESS consultant will help you decide whether or not your issue is serviceable through our remote support programs. If it is not remotely serviceable, your consultant will direct you to the product that will allow you to resolve your issue.

This install includes 10 user accounts and PC configurations that will be needing access to the domain controller.
Once this product is purchased a ZERODATASTRESS communications advisor will contact you to schedule an appointment and to determine the server software and hardware that will be needed for the install.
All of this will be done in the background so that you will not experience any downtime during the updating process.
